A Brighter Future recognize the value of the relationship between participant and staff and will strive to provide a continuity of support that allows positive life experiences and choice of activities that lead to successful outcome. Further, A Brighter Future will ensure activities that lead to successful outcomes. Further, A Brighter Future will ensure supports are provided in a safe manner, free of any form of restraints and/or consequences including exclusion from activities or participant choice.
